Destinations
When you think of romantic destinations, you automatically think of places like Rome and Paris. And of course, these are also really romantic and beautiful destinations, only you’re not the only one who thinks so. This, in our opinion, makes it just a little less original and romantic. Therefore, this list of 5 romantic destinations you don’t know yet. A surprise trip to one of these destinations is without a doubt a unique experience!
1 Menorca (Spain)
Less well known than its neighboring islands Mallorca and Ibiza but at least as beautiful and cozy, is Menorca. On this island, with a lot less tourism, you can have a nice walk in the town of Ciutadella de Menorca. Or at sunset enjoy a nice cocktail at one of the quiet bays overlooking the beautiful green-blue sea. Besides all these pluses, this island is also cheaper than the other islands of the Balearic Islands. So the ideal romantic destination to spend a week.

2 Seville (Spain)
There is no doubt that Seville is best known for its traditions, monuments and culture. And the fact that good food and drink are also important here only makes this city more suitable for a romantic city break. In particular, a boat ride on the Plaza de Espana is not to be missed when visiting this city. Or how about a sunset at the Guadalquiver? It couldn’t be more romantic!
3 Sayulita (Mexico)
The most romantic and fun destination, in our opinion, is the surfer village of Sayulita in Mexico. Deserted beaches and cozy bars and restaurants that you can enjoy together. The unique panorama makes you forget all your worries. This is where you really unwind. A unique sunset under a starry sky that you can find almost only here completes the picture. Or evening swimming together in the sea, is also definitely a must. This is the place for a long, romantic vacation! You’ll find this place about an hour’s drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport.
4 Firenze (Italy)
Perhaps one of the most romantic destinations in Europe is Florence. This is due to the numerous cozy streets and old buildings. A romantic way to explore these streets is by horse and carriage.Although we admit that we do not fully support this because in many cases it is a form of animal cruelty. So you can also stroll around here by yourself just fine. The highlight of this city is the warm sun at sunset that shines over the city and its beautiful bridges. A trip to Italy that has been on our bucket list for a long time and that we will be taking with travel reasons soon.

5 Rethymnon (Greece)
One of our most recent trips is to the town of Rethymnon on the island of Crete in Greece. In this town you can stroll around one of the picturesque streets or have a nice dinner at the local fishing harbor. You can also head out by car into the mountains and stop at one of the local villages or you can go to the locals-used Spilies Beach. A cozy place where you can eat and drink spotlessly cheap.
